...and that takes care of the other.
Father's Day, huh? Even if time is supposed to frozen back home, I still can't help but worry.
If I'm not there, then I hope that I can still make up for lost time, mom... dad... I wonder if you'll believe such a crazy story about being brought to another world like this.
Incense, water... Heh. I promise that the flowers won't be cheap. Maybe... I can even ask Himemiya if I can borrow some roses from the greenhouse.
Just... wait for me, okay?

Really, it's just a day to honor to your father. You spend time together, or... buy a nice gift. Things like that.
There's a day for mothers too. Back in May.

[Voice | Japanese]
What is your father like?

[Voice | Japanese]
Mm... To be honest, I don't think that there's a whole lot that I remember about my parents... But they were both good people. I do know that.

Huh...? Then... you were listening to me talk about that stuff before?

Miss Yucie and Sir Gunbard love one another as family but sometimes one or the other will push each others buttons. A fine example is how Master had made a dress for Miss for her first day of school. He stayed up all night making it but.... sadly, I will admit it wasn't the prettiest of dresses. Those types of gifts always seemed to upset Miss Yucie the most. [He laughs] There was hardly a dull moment there, that's for certain.
[Voice | Japanese]
Oooh, I get it now... Usually, daughters have a hard time saying "no" to their fathers when it comes to that sort of thing.
[She laughs] I'll bet!
[Voice | Japanese]
I've learned that in a difficult way, but none the less... I wouldn't want to assist anyone else.
I certainly miss them.
[Voice | Japanese]
I'm sure that they miss you too.
Re: [Voice | Japanese]
I believe everyone is missing someone. It's not a problem.
[Voice | Japanese]
Hmm... You're right.

But for some people, it can be like listening to the radio in the background.
You know it's there, but you're not really "listening" to the sounds that are coming through.

Course I was listening. Why wouldn't I?
no subject
I guess I'm just surprised. I ended up mostly thinking out loud.

Oh, sorry. I just uh, you know.

[Annnnd he's gone!]
Pfft.
What was that all about?

...Oi, now that I think about it... I don't think I've seen you on the network like this before.
Were you brought here just awhile ago?
no subject
Oh, yeah. I'm Rui Yamase,

I see. I'm Utena Tenjou. Nice to meet you!
no subject
Nice to meet you, too!

If not, then I can try to help you out. It's best not to travel alone unless you can defend yourself somehow.

The high school is where I started out from when I was first brought here. It's... um... over by Marshall Street.

Thank you!

Mm! Let me know if you ever need to know anything else about this place. I'll do what I can to help.

Thank you.
